About Alyce Hillman:
As Director of Operations Alyce's role involves oversight of agency staff, insurance company relationships, vendor relationships, marketing, and acquisitions.

Alyce began her insurance career with Safeco Insurance Company as a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster. She then moved into Marketing where she managed Safeco's relationship with the Idaho Insurance Agents. In 2002 Alyce became a licensed Agent and in 2003 Alyce joined The Leavitt Group of Boise. Alyce has worked as an Licensed Agent, as the Marketing Coordinator, and currently as Director of Operations.

Alyce is an Idaho native and completed her Business Administration and Marketing degree at The College of Idaho.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Alyce received her Certified Insurance Counselor designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research in 2001.
