About Naomi Plumley:
Naomi began a career in insurance in Detroit, Michigan in 1980. She has worked in several agencies over the past 25 years, both smaller agencies as well as with the large brokerage firm, Marsh McLennan, as well as the company side with Wausau Insurance Companies.

Naomi's current duties include maintaining accurate detail of customer information; knowing the various company products, underwriting requirements, binding authority, policy forms, rating software programs and competitiveness in the marketplace. Naomi provides customer service to existing large commercial clients by speaking directly with customers and company personnel and responding to all written correspondence; answering coverage questions, recommending coverage, taking policy change information, assisting with claim information, collection of premiums, submitting the proper documents to the insurance company, and verifying that documents received from the company are correct; responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner; marketing of new and renewal business.

As a member of the Commercial Account Team and the local community, Naomi feels the responsibility to be a mirror of success, honesty, integrity and is energetic at any task she pursues.
